We have success serving religious organizations (Churches and Synagogues) or religious ceremonies for the same reasons hospitals and health professionals regularly use our food: we are clean and pay attention to our kitchen procedures. In addition, we don’t cross-contaminate ingredients, allergens, or kitchenware. We offer (rabbi certified) kosher and kosher-style cooking. All of our meats are halal and animal marinates do not contain dairy products. Our kitchen is gluten free, peanut-free, MSG-free, and more.
We offer Shabbat food service delivery, Sunday service, and are available for Christenings, Bar and Bat-Mitzvas, Baby Showers, and much more.

We took our time to find the right caterer for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. We were not looking for the strictest Kashrut, yet we wanted the food to be tasty and appealing for our American guests. The event ended up a huge success much in part to the venue and the food. The Phinix team arrived in advance to get comfortable with the kitchen at the synagogue and then on the day off executed everything flawlessly. They brought more food than we expected and I was relieved that I didn’t need to worry about food running out when guests kept coming back for additional helpings. I highly recommend Phinix for their service, prices and food quality.

I actually used Phinix a year prior for a birthday. This year, my daughter had a baby shower in her house in Westwood and my other daughter was just recovering from a fall, so I didn’t have enough helpers to organize a baby shower for about 50 persons outdoors. When I spoke with Phinix, I was told, to just provide a table and they would take care of everything else. And boy they did! The food arrived on time, hot (they included free shafing wires), and everything was set up for my guests to enjoy. Food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and flavorful - and I received many compliments. Very very happy. Will use them again.

This was a last minute wake request because the prior restaurant at first agreed, and then could not accommodate all the guests safely because of covid seating limitations. We ended up holding the event at my friend’s backyard and I was worried that I may not find a reliable caterer in the 11th hour. Phinix made ordering easy, (call them for customizations, it is easier than the website) and they were able to turn around preparation within 24 hours for over 70 guests. Excellent food, service, price and I am happy to write them this review. They delivered all the way to North Shore too.
